Dave started Aligntech Automotive in 2013, and has quickly built a loyal customer base thanks to the focus on high-quality workmanship and customer service. He has over 25 years of experience as a mechanic, and works alongside his team who bring over 65 years of knowledge skill and hands-on experience to resolve mechanical problems. He is also an avid and successful racer and has receiving many awards, including from the MG Car Club, Hobart Sporting Car Club, and the Tasmania Super Series.

Logbook Servicing
Regardless of make or model; for all engine types – petrol, diesel or even LPG, we will service your vehicle to the manufacturers specifications.
Inspections
If you need a roadworthy certificate, pre-purchase inspection or even a pre-trip look-over; it all can be done efficiently just by giving us a call.
Brakes
Ensure you and your passengers are safe; We will replace your brake pads or if needed, recondition by machining the discs and replace the hoses – using the right components for your vehicle
